Job summary

Singtel is hiring a Service Delivery Engineer to provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise networks, SD-WAN, servers, virtualization, and cloud environments in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes incident management, troubleshooting, changes, security compliance, and SLA fulfillment.

The candidate should have 5+ years in network support, strong networking fundamentals, and experience with Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet, delivering reliable, scalable services for global customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of network support experience with global customers.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.
• Experience with enterprise networking vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME with understanding of client network setup/design and advise on solutions.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated incidents from NOC.
• Review and configure complex changes; document changes and maintain network docs.
• Manage incidents to ensure timely recording, tracking, and resolution.
• Perform fault isolation and root-cause analysis for technical issues.
• Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other knowledge base materials.
• Review technical documentation for training materials and guides.
• Maintain clear customer communication and align needs with Singtel solutions.
