Job summary

Singtel KL is launching its Global Business Services center in Kuala Lumpur and seeks a Service Delivery Engineer II to support enterprise IT infrastructure. The role covers network operations, SD-WAN, servers, virtualization, and cloud environments with emphasis on incident management and security compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in enterprise IT, strong networking skills, and experience with Windows/Linux, AD, and VMware vSphere.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
Strong networking capabilities: routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and SD-WAN.
Able to administer Windows and Linux servers, AD, VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis in 24x7 environments.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise networks, SD-WAN, servers, virtualization, and cloud environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents involving routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, Windows, Linux, and VMware.
Implement changes in line with security and change-management procedures.
Monitor service availability, system health, capacity, and performance to meet SLAs.
