Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is expanding its sales team in Kuala Lumpur to hire a Business Development Manager. The role focuses on generating enterprise opportunities, leading end-to-end sales engagements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to close deals.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of enterprise B2B sales in HRMS/HCM or SaaS HR tech, with an existing network of HR/Finance decision-makers in Malaysia and a proven quota attainment track record.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in HR tech or HRMS.
• Proven track record in hunting and closing enterprise logos in Malaysia.
• Direct SaaS HR tech/EOR sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate enterprise opportunities via hunting, networking, referrals and events.
• Lead end-to-end sales engagements from discovery to contract closure.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Product, Implementation and Customer Success.
• Coordinate multi-country opportunities involving Malaysian entities.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and monitor HR tech trends and competitors.
