Job summary

UNIT4 NV is seeking a Senior Sales professional in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to drive new business growth. In this role, you will expand our market presence by engaging with mid-market and enterprise customers, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing new deals.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of B2B sales experience, a background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, or outsourcing solutions, and a proven track record of winning new business.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of B2B sales experience.
• Background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, or outsourcing solutions.
• Proven success in winning new business.
• Experience managing full sales cycles independently.
• Strong pipeline generation through outbound and networking.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, proposal, and closing.
• Engage senior stakeholders (HR, Finance, Payroll leaders).
• Collaborate with partners (BPOs, system integrators) to co-sell opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
