FIT PIONEER RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in recruitment and HR services.

You will own the client base, manage full sales cycles, and forecast pipeline with the CEO. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with focus on building strategic partnerships and cross-selling services. The role requires 5–8 years in B2B sales in related industries, verifiable deal closure, and fluency in Mandarin and English (Bahasa Malaysia helpful).

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in B2B sales or business development in recruitment, HR services, outsourcing, payroll, EOR or similar
• Verifiable results: closed deals and revenue growth over recent years
• Experience selling to business owners, HR heads and finance heads
• Fluent Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia working proficiency expected

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win SME and MNC clients for recruitment, HR and payroll outsourcing, EP and EOR services
• Sell services as a package that fits client needs (e.g. recruitment plus payroll, or EOR plus EP support)
• Run the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposals, pricing, negotiation and closing
• Own the revenue target and pipeline; provide a monthly forecast you can stand behind
• Coordinate scope, pricing and turnaround with APPR recruitment and FIT Pioneer delivery teams
• Keep CRM current with all leads, meetings, proposals and follow-ups
• Join weekly pipeline reviews with the CEO
• Build referral channels with accountants, corporate secretarial firms, lawyers and business associations
• Represent APPR at events and client meetings
• Maintain client relationships post-sale to support renewals and cross-selling
