Qualifications

• Ability to manage orders (production, NPI, RMA) and related commercial tasks such as quotes, AR, and credit memos.
• Maintain and communicate status using customer dashboards and the ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all order management deliverables to meet site commit and customer need dates.
• Prepare quotes for review and submission to customers.
• Resolve invoicing issues with customers and internal finance.
• Negotiate pricing changes and manage customer blocks to pricing changes.
• Publish daily production schedules and monitor KPI targets (OTD, GM, etc.).
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive revenue forecasts and 12-month rolling plans.
