Job summary

ASE Electronics Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Senior Executive (Program Management) to drive account management for assigned customers and oversee revenue targets. The role requires a degree with 3+ years' experience and fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong presentation and communication skills.

You will coordinate cross-functional projects (VA/VE, NPI, transfer programs), manage RFQ and pricing, and collaborate with the global sales team to uncover new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 3 years' working experience.
• Assertive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent presentation skills and preparation of presentation materials.
• Ability to interact with all levels/positions including Senior Positions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Must be able to problem solve, prioritize and multitask and continuously improve processes and capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and numerical analytical skills. Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Understanding of product development life cycle and supply chain processes such as forecasting, planning, inventory management, operations, manufacturing, procurement, sourcing, transportation and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall account management of assigned customers/accounts.
• Responsible for revenue and organic growth targets.
• Responsible for RFQ and pricing, legal affairs, negotiations (in any assigned area).
• Responsible for understanding and driving the customer/account P&L (sales, margins, mark-ups), contribution goals, inventory goals and any other specific cost drivers.
• Responsible for building and maintaining good working relationship with assigned customer through consistent, timely and accurate data feed.
• Responsible to understand customer contracts and the relation to actual production and processes.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• In charge of customer's satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
• PIC and coordinator for hosting all customer visits.
• Lead customer programs and cross functional management, working closely with project managers to meet customer's requirements and objectives (Example: VA/VE, NPI, Transfer programs).
• Identify & develop profitable new business opportunities through market research and funnel generation.
• Work closely and maintain good working relationships with ASE global sales team to identify and drive opportunities.
