Job summary

Celestica is seeking an experienced Program/Account Operations professional to supervise cross-functional teams within a manufacturing environment in Johor Bahru. You will manage programs to meet revenue targets, coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries, and lead various initiatives to drive efficiency.

The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience of 7–10 years in program management, account management, or customer operations in manufacturing.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and supply chain management.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day supervision across multiple functions, assign tasks, and ensure quality checks.
Direct and guide teams to meet operational targets per guidelines and procedures.
Own personnel decisions including hiring, evaluations, and compensation recommendations.
Coach and mentor team to drive continuous performance improvement.
Act as primary operational liaison to smaller customer accounts and manage programs to hit revenue and profitability goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to monitor daily activities and ensure timely product delivery.
Lead current and pipeline programs to secure revenue with guidance from senior members.
Monitor customer order changes and impact on inventory.
Maintain proactive communication with customers and host routine program tracking meetings.
Prepare and deliver performance reports for monthly and quarterly reviews.
