Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Program Management Specialist to join our OPS team. You will support day-to-day activities of customer accounts, ensuring on-time product deliveries and on-schedule programs.

Under guidance from senior team members, you will help forecast, plan, and monitor profitability, pricing, and contract terms, while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will coordinate regular program tracking meetings, provide performance reporting for Operations

Qualifications

• Customer relationship management experience is required.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-resolution abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and data-driven thinking.

Responsibilities

• Works as a member of the team responsible for day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure product deliveries are on time and projects/programs stay on schedule.
• With guidance from more experienced team members, helps forecast, plan and monitor profitability, forecasting, planning and execution of strategies.
• Participates in pricing/bid preparation and helps develop and manage contract terms.
• Maintains customer satisfaction day-to-day and through formal surveys, complaint management, and performance reviews.
• Communicates frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with Celestica and its products.
• Coordinates and hosts regular program tracking meetings with the customer and internal teams to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress reporting.
