Job summary

Celestica is seeking an experienced Customer Operations & Account Program Manager to lead and optimize customer programs and daily operations. You will manage entry‑level and semi­skilled staff across multiple groups and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time product deliveries.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, managing programs to hit revenue goals, and maintaining proactive customer communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7–10 years of program or account management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and supply chain.
• Excellent customer relations and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, day‑to‑day supervision to employees across multiple functions or work groups.
• Own personnel decisions for your team, including hiring and evaluations.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between the company and smaller customer accounts.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to monitor daily activities and delivery milestones.
• Prepare performance reports and analytics for reviews.
