Job summary

Celestica Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a highly motivated Customer Program Manager to lead cross-functional program execution and customer alignment. This role interfaces with customers and internal teams to manage high-stakes programs, track commercial risk, and deliver revenue and margin targets.

The CPM will drive RCA, monitor NRE costs, and maintain executive-level communication, while coordinating with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to meet milestones and capacity

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in program management, manufacturing operations, or customer-facing technical accounts.
• Prefers candidates with Contract Manufacturing / OEM experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve milestone dates and deliverables without direct line authority.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer accounts and align forecasts with factory capacity.
• Drive RCA and resolve high-stakes yield, delivery, or quality crises under time pressure.
• Monitor NRE costs, scrap/rework, and inventory to protect program profitability.
• Communicate delays or issues to stakeholders with transparency and executive presence.
• Host status meetings and provide performance reporting for reviews.
