Job summary

Celestica seeks an experienced Customer Program Assistant Manager to lead and optimize customer programs, supervising a diverse group of professionals across several work streams. You will drive day-to-day operations and ensure projects stay on schedule while delivering on revenue and profit targets.

As the primary operational liaison with smaller customer accounts, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor order changes, and maintain proactive, structured communication.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in program/account management or customer operations in semiconductor manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, schedules, scheduling requirements, and supply chain management
• Experience with pricing, contracts and negotiations

Responsibilities

• Supervise cross-functional teams across multiple work groups and ensure adherence to guidelines and quality checks
• Manage programs to achieve revenue and profitability targets and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and host routine program tracking meetings
• Prepare performance reports and analytics for reviews and stakeholder meetings
