Job summary

Cape Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Program Executive to lead customer programmes from initiation through mass production, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones and delivery commitments.

You will act as the main liaison with customers, manage schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction while monitoring timelines, budgets and programme records in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in programme management or similar roles.
• Experience in EMS or electronics/manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience leading programmes and interfacing with customers.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, planning and ECO/ECN.
• Strong financial awareness; able to monitor revenue and budgets.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP/MRP and databases.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned customer programmes from initiation to mass production.
• Serve as primary interface between the Company and customers for requirements and schedules.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries promptly.
• Plan, coordinate and lead internal and customer meetings; document decisions and actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics.
• Monitor status of programmes including timelines, resources, and delivery performance.
• Track revenue, costs and budget variances; coordinate with Finance.
• Monitor demand, POs, forecasts and shipments; maintain programme records.
• Coordinate ECO/ECN implementations and customer communications.
• Identify risks and coordinate recovery actions with stakeholders.
