Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd seeks a Program Manager to lead the Customer Focus Team and own day-to-day customer relationships. You will align Plexus functions to meet revenue targets and drive profitability, while ensuring seamless transitions of new business, and sustaining strong customer service excellence.

You will oversee program management, collaborate with site leadership, and work across quoting, manufacturing and materials to optimize capacity and costs.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 6-10 years’ experience in EMS environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in team settings.
• Ability to learn EMS operating facets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Management team to ensure successful transitions of new business.
• Manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth and P&L objectives.
• Oversee capacity planning, inventory, and cost drivers in collaboration with site leadership.
• Develop profitable new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Maintain close working relationships with Plexus customer managers and executives.
