Job summary

• Handles quotes, accounts receivable, claims and credit memos.
• Manages production, NPI and RMA orders.

Responsibilities

• Execute order management for production, NPI and RMA orders.
• Close coordination with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain dashboards and weekly ERP updates.
• Prepare quotes and monitor quotes within 14 days.
• Escalate scheduling or material issues to meet commitments.
