You will coordinate operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering, tracking revenue and margins, performing RCA when issues arise, and communicating with executives to preserve trust across global teams and time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in program management, manufacturing operations, or customer-facing roles.
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with contract pricing understanding.
Experience with RCA/8D and de-escalation in high-pressure situations.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive communication.

Responsibilities

Lead matrixed cross-functional teams to meet milestones without direct authority.
Serve as primary customer contact to align forecasts and capacity.
Drive root-cause analysis and resolve high-stakes delivery or quality issues.
Monitor NRE costs, scrap, and inventory to protect profitability.
Communicate delays and risks with executives while preserving trust.
Host regular status reviews and provide performance reporting.
