Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in program management or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global core teams.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications and present status to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs (multiple projects per program) of medium complexity.
• Lead cross-functional, global core teams; kick off programs and drive meetings.
• Present status to business leaders and customers; interpret feedback.
• Plan, monitor and update the Program Plan/WBS including resources.
• Drive daily program management and meet program objectives (cost, schedule, features).
• Define governance and manage budget, forecast actuals vs. plan.
• Manage risks and issues and coordinate interdependent projects.
• Align deliverables to program outcomes and maintain key program documentation.
