• 8–10 years of experience in program management, manufacturing operations, or customer-facing technical account management.
• Preferred experience in Contract Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional matrix teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering) to meet milestones and deliverables without direct line authority.
• Serve as primary contact for customer accounts; track commitments, prevent scope creep, monitor revenue exposure, align forecasts with capacity.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolve high-stakes yield, delivery, or quality crises under time pressure.
• Monitor program financials (NRE costs, scrap/rework, inventory) to protect profitability.
• Maintain executive presence while communicating delays and capacity bottlenecks to stakeholders.
• Host regular status reviews and provide monthly/quarterly performance reporting.
