Job summary

Celestica Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to oversee complex New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. You will be the primary interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget across global core teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end program execution, lifecycle management, risk and financial control, and driving strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of NPI and program management experience.
• Strong command of English written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program lifecycle including WBS and resource allocation.
• Drive lifecycle and change management per product process.
• Coordinate interdependencies across multiple projects and teams.
• Prepare PID and client-facing project plans with thorough documentation.
• Serve as primary interface between customers and internal teams.
