Job summary

iFAST Global Hub AI Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior/Customer Service Operations Executive for ePension (HK Support) on a contract basis in Malaysia. The role requires handling outbound calls, providing accurate responses, and ensuring timely MPF-related support for clients.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, coordinating with other teams, and driving process improvements while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in customer service outbound is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese for effective communication.
• Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays following the Hong Kong schedule.
• 5.5-day work week: Mon-Fri full day and Saturdays half day.
• 100% work in office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to MPF Scheme Employer/Employee to follow up on outstanding transactions, requests or documents.
• Provide professional, accurate, and solutions-oriented responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Deliver timely and effective support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to MPF administration.
• Document and track all interactions and ensure follow-up actions are completed as required.
• Liaise with other departments to handle customer inquiries and follow-up, which may require further information or investigation.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and tasks, contributing to continuous improvement of customer service operations.
