Job summary

Talent Recruit is hiring a Customer Service Executive to support the Hong Kong region from Malaysia. You will handle inbound calls, live chat and email, delivering accurate information and resolving inquiries related to our products.

The role requires 5.5–6 working days per week, including public holidays and weekends, with 24/7 shift coverage. Accommodation is provided for outstation candidates, with monthly salary around RM3,000–RM3,200 and shuttle services.

Qualifications

• Handle all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to general inquiries, complaints, feedback and other issues.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations in terms of service and accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve KPI and SLA requirements.
• Proficient in computer typing with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
