Job summary

iFAST Corporation is seeking an Operations Executive - ePension (HK Support) on a contract basis to join the ePension Operations team in managing member and employer retirement savings. You will handle registration, enrolment, fund transfers, and benefit withdrawals, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

This role offers practical exposure to pension administration and financial operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and document verification.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions.
• Well-organized, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• A proactive team player who works well with colleagues and other departments.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and embrace changes in a dynamic working environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and input applications related to member registration, enrolment, fund transfers and benefit withdrawals.
• Ensure all information entered into the system is accurate, complete and properly recorded.
• Follow established procedures to ensure applications are processed within the required timelines.
• Review and verify submitted applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Investigate rejected applications, failed validations and discrepancies identified during processing.
• Work with relevant teams to identify the causes of issues and follow up on the necessary corrective actions.
• Monitor outstanding applications and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
• Follow applicable regulations, internal policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality throughout the application processing cycle.
• Identify potential processing errors and discrepancies, and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with established procedures.
