Job summary

iFAST Global Hub.ai in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for a Client Services Executive. In this role you will handle daily enquiries by phone, email, and live chat, provide accurate information, and personalize services to clients of our wealth management fintech platform.

You will liaise with multiple departments to resolve issues, manage complaints, and support the team under pressure. A diploma or higher is required; Cantonese, English and Mandarin skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher education required.
• Experience in a contact center or customer service environment is preferred.
• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Willing to work during local public holidays and overtime occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily enquiries via phone, email and live chat in an efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information and personalize services.
• Proactive liaison with various departments to resolve issues.
• Handle complaints, provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Undertake and complete special assignments and ad-hoc duties as required bysuperior.
