Role emphasizes pension administration exposure, quality assurance and cross-team collaboration in a dynamic, office-based environment. 5.5‑day work week; HK support focus; contract role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy in data entry and document verification.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues and identify practical solutions.
• Well-organized, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive team player who collaborates with colleagues and other departments.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and embrace changes in a dynamic environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Process applications related to member registration, enrolment, fund transfers and benefit withdrawals.
• Ensure data entered into the system is accurate, complete and properly recorded.
• Follow procedures to meet timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Review and verify submissions for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Index and maintain documents linked to member accounts and applications.
• Investigate discrepancies and take appropriate follow-up actions.
• Investigate rejected applications, failed validations and discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective actions.
• Monitor outstanding applications and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
• Follow regulations, SOPs and SLAs; maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
