iFAST Global Hub.ai in Malaysia is recruiting for an Operations Executive (US Support) on a night shift. This remote role serves US stakeholders, with hours 9:00pm–6:00am (GMT+8). You will support securities clearing, reconciliations, corporate actions, and reporting, while collaborating with internal teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome; degree in Finance/Business or related field is preferred. The role offers competitive remuneration and benefits with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Support operational processes for securities clearing and settlements (NSCC/DTCC).
• Perform daily cash reconciliation between backend system and bank records.
• Implement daily reconciliation of shareholdings and resolve discrepancies.
• Process corporate actions including drafting correspondences to clients and partners.
• Process transfer instructions and improve BAU through system enhancements.
• Participate in project development and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Handle backroom enquiries and provide general operations support.
• Assist in monthly and daily reporting (Custody, CAT Daily Review).

Operations Executive (US Support) | Night Shift Support

iFAST is a fintech wealth management platform headquartered in Singapore, providing a comprehensive range of investment products and services to financial advisory firms, financial institutions, banks, internet companies, multinational companies, as well as retail and high net worth investors in Asia.

This is a night shift remote role based in Malaysia, working closely with United States stakeholders. The working hours are from 9:00pm to 6:00am (GMT+8) including a lunch break. The role follows United States business days and public holiday calendar and may occasionally require work on United States or Malaysia public holidays based on business needs. The candidate is expected to have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Responsibilities:

Support operational process for securities clearing & settlements on NSCC/DTCC

Perform daily cash reconciliation on Backend system vs bank records

Implement daily reconciliation of shareholdings and resolve discrepancies

Process corporate action events which include drafting of correspondences to our end clients & business partners

Process transfer instructions

Proactively initiate system enhancements to bridge gaps and smoothen the operational BAU process

Project Development and Testing

• Partake in ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects/applications in the team.

General Administration

• Handle backroom enquiries from all internal stakeholders
• Provide general administration and support to operations department.

Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting such as Form Custody report

Assist in the preparation of daily reporting such as CAT Daily Review

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience will also be considered.

Degree holder in Finance, Business or any related discipline.

Knowledge of Settlement & Security transfer functions would be an advantage.

Great organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills, verbally and in writing.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, proactive and have a sense of responsibility.

Comfortable for fully remote working arrangement.

Must be willing to work night shift and on Malaysia Public Holidays.
