Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive to join the Compensation & Benefits team. The role focuses on salary administration, benefits, and talent management strategies to support organizational goals.

You will administer staff movement, maintain HR information, review compensation and policies, and provide HRMS support across the group. Strong English, analytical and independent working skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or business related field.
• Professional level of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administer salary and staff movements to maintain internal equity.
• Maintain HR information in the HRMS/database.
• Review and enhance compensation, benefits, policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits and rewards schemes.
• Benchmark rewards and benefits for market competitiveness.
• Administer expatriate management.
• Serve as reference for HR policies and HR systems.
• Prepare monthly HR reports to senior management and shareholders.
• Provide compensation/benefits HRMS support to plants and other entities.
