Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Compensation & Benefits professional in Kuala Lumpur to support the design, implementation and administration of C&B programs. You will work with payroll and external consultants to drive market benchmarking and competitive pay structures, while engaging stakeholders and managing inquiries.

The role requires 3–5 years in C&B/Total Rewards, a Bachelor degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit / Total Rewards.
• Familiarity with market surveys, reward analytics and remuneration review

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the design, implementation and administration of Compensation and Benefits programs.
• Support the C&B Lead in program design and may lead on market and competitor analysis and on internal research to establish desired outcomes for the business.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communications and be a main point of contact for managing C&B enquiries.
• Manage or coordinate delivery of specific program and related operational activities - working closely with payroll team and external consultants/vendors.
• Market benchmarking and analysis to assess competitiveness of C&B structure and practices against market data.
• Pay structure: support in job evaluation and pay structures for new roles and career frameworks.
• Annual budget, remuneration and benefits review: support budget planning and data input; assist remuneration review process and cost modeling.
• Programs and projects: manage day-to-day administration of C&B activities and participate in C&B-related projects driven by region and global.
