Job summary

Teleperformance Malaysia seeks a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to administer and continuously improve compensation and benefits programmes, while ensuring efficient HR operations and policy compliance. You will work with Payroll and HR Business Partners, manage employee inquiries, support annual salary reviews and benefits renewals, and maintain accurate HR data.

A 3–5 year background in C&B or HR operations and fluency in English are required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Compensation & Benefits or HR operations.
• Experience in BPO is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HR systems.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Own transport for occasional travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, review, and maintenance of compensation and benefits programmes.
• Assist in developing salary structures and benchmarking exercises.
• Support annual compensation cycles including salary reviews and benefits renewals.
• Provide day‑to‑day benefits operations support and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage HR helpdesk inquiries related to compensation and policies.
• Maintain accurate HR data in relevant systems and ensure confidentiality.
• Prepare compensation reports and dashboards for audits and management review.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements and internal policies.
• Contribute to process improvements and HR initiatives.
