Job summary

Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the HR team in George Town, Penang. This full-time role focuses on administering and optimising compensation and benefits programmes, benchmarking against market standards and guiding management and staff on remuneration matters.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient HR operations, maintain confidential HR data, and support global HR projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or related HR functions.
• BPO industry experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin speaker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compensation & Benefits Administration: support administration, review and maintenance of programmes.
• Develop and implement compensation policies, salary structures and benchmarking.
• Assist annual compensation activities including salary reviews, bonus administration and benefits renewals.
• Employee Benefits Operations: provide day-to-day support and coordinate with vendors.
• HR Helpdesk & Employee Support: manage enquiries and ensure service levels.
• HR Data Management: maintain records in HR systems with confidentiality.
• Reporting & Documentation: prepare reports and dashboards for management/audit.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with Payroll and HR Business Partners.
• Compliance & Governance: ensure processes comply with statutory requirements.
• Process Improvement & HR Projects: contribute to HR digitalisation and initiatives.
