Job summary

SGS Malaysia is seeking an HR Partner for Reward & Benefit to lead compensation strategies, annual salary reviews, and benefits programs. You will benchmark against market data, advise management, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to align rewards with performance and business goals.

You will coordinate with insurers and providers, ensure governance of compensation policies, and support workforce planning while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or HR Business Partnering.

Responsibilities

• Support development and improvement of compensation & benefits strategy.
• Manage annual salary reviews, bonuses, incentives, and merit increases.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys for external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Analyze compensation trends and advise management on reward-related matters.
• Administer employee benefits programs (medical, wellness, leaves, retirement, etc.).
• Coordinate with brokers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of benefit programs.
