Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to build and manage relationships with major channel partners across a broad region. You will drive end-customer sales, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to product planning and forecasting for building automation solutions.

The role requires a mechanical/HVAC or electrical engineering background, 3+ years in sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel frequently to sustain growth across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, HVAC or Electrical/Electronic engineering
• Over 3 years of sales experience with channel sales management
• Extensive sales/marketing experience in Building Automation/Controls
• Strong internal/external communication and change management abilities

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with large channel partners across a wide area and secure deals with internal collaboration
• Manage partner relationships, support end-user sales and promote product planning
• Forecast and contribute to sales strategy and market promotion
• Provide training to internal and external distributors and ensure policy compliance
