Johnson Controls Building Technologies and Solutions Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to build and manage strategic channel partnerships, drive end-customer sales through the channel, and contribute to product planning and forecasting in a high-target environment.

You will promote Controls products, set up sales strategies, and train distributors while maintaining strong relationships with key owners, architects, consultants and contractors across Malaysia.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in sales or channel management within Building Automation/Controls.
• Experience selling through channel partners to end customers.
• Ability to communicate at high levels internally and externally.

• Develop and manage relationships with large channel partners across a wide area.
• Support end-customer sales and facilitate channel-driven deals.
• Contribute to product planning and forecasting; participate in pricing and quotations.
• Provide training to distributors and customers; ensure compliance with company policies.
