Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Sales Manager to drive HVAC solutions across regional markets. You will lead consultative selling to directors and above, developing tailored bids and proposals and coordinating with internal teams to win contracts.

You will manage contractor and consultant relationships, ensure payment collection, and report monthly revenue attainment. The role requires a degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering and at least 5 years of senior HVAC sales experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of senior sales experience in HVAC or related equipment.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or owners and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Study product knowledge and company procedures to improve domain knowledge.
• Plan annual secured order strategy to achieve department goals with YOY regional growth.
• Prepare tenders and proposals; lead negotiation and bidding activity.
• Ensure timely payments and provide monthly revenue reporting.
• Develop relationships to maintain long-term service with customers.
• Independently develop and follow up projects with customer solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Johnson Controls policies.
