Job summary

EPF Malaysia seeks a senior IT leader to head the Back End Solutions Unit within the Digital Enterprise Solutions Department. You will drive application management, development, and delivery across multiple business lines, ensuring security, compliance, and timely outcomes.

Qualifications

Malaysian citizen with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent recognised by the government.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including in application development and support.
Broad knowledge of application management, product solutions, architecture, security and policies.
Experience analysing application functionality, solution design, integration, scripting and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the unit’s application management and project deliveries to align with strategic objectives.
Provide technical leadership, set standards, and ensure quality and timely delivery of development.
Support modernization initiatives including cloud migration, data analytics and AI.
Collaborate with third parties for system integration and troubleshooting.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, audits, governance, and resource planning.
