Job summary

Qualifications

• Bahasa Melayu proficiency required; oral test at SPM level.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field recognized by government.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience including applications development and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stable IT solutions for EPF investment systems and monitor performance.
• Lead requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external parties for system integration.
• Manage projects, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery.
• Support budget planning and vendor performance within EPF’s governance.
