Job summary

EPF Malaysia invites applications for a role focused on the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Time Attendance System (T&A) within the Digital Enterprise Solutions department. You will participate in projects, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable functional specifications for technical teams.

Qualifications

• Requires Malay language proficiency including an oral test.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in application development and support for HRMS and T&A systems.
• Certifications in HCM from Oracle or SAP, and Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects and provide HRMS and T&A support within Corporate Solutions.
• Analyze current and future needs and current practices to identify solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Provide impact analysis and advisory services.
• Create documentation including BRDs, process flows, FSDs, use cases, and user stories.
• Plan, schedule, and document new development and enhancements to existing applications.
• Organize and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) sessions with users.
• Identify opportunities for application development improvements and action plans.
• Provide first-level application support to ensure system availability.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and system issues to determine root causes and resolutions.
• Collaborate with business owners, digital technology teams, and vendors in project delivery and BAU operations.
• Examine and implement best practices in application development and system maintenance.
• Implement processes, development standards, and system improvements to enhance stability and performance.
• Work with Strategy Planning & Enterprise Architecture to define and implement architecture.
• Conduct periodic project assessments to ensure governance and security controls.
