Executive Recruiters Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior IT leader to manage the Group's IT operations, infrastructure, and technology services across multiple sites. You will formulate and implement IT strategies that support business objectives and oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and system reliability.

You will drive digital transformation, automate processes, manage IT budgets and vendor relationships, and mentor an IT team to deliver aligned solutions for the business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of IT experience, including 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee IT projects, vendor relationships, and budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Experience managing IT operations across multiple sites or outlets will be an added advantage.

• Develop IT policies, security controls, and business continuity frameworks.
• Guide, mentor, and develop the IT team to strengthen overall capabilities.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to deliver IT solutions aligned with business needs.
