Job summary

EPF Malaysia in Malaysia seeks a lead to drive the design and implementation strategy for its product offerings. You will translate policies and customer insights into conceptual design and continuously identify product and process enhancements.

You will oversee product lifecycle, align with organizational objectives, and engage with regulators, auditors, and external partners on EPF products. Experience in financial services or digital products is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Pass in Bahasa Melayu with SPM level or equivalent recognized by the Government.
• Bachelor's Degree with honours in Statistics/Actuary/Business Economics or equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian government.
• At least 13 years of experience in product design, business analysis, or strategy (financial services or digital products an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and data.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English professionally with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify product and service enhancement opportunities and design products aligned with strategy, market dynamics, and customer expectations.
• Lead analyses of business processes, market changes, and customer insights to form product strategy.
• Oversee product lifecycle management including enhancements, upgrades, and phase-outs.
• Advise on risk exposure, compliance trends, and operational readiness across functions.
• Drive cross-functional product and process improvements and leverage automation for efficiency.
