Job summary

EPF Malaysia is seeking a senior talent development leader to design, deploy and manage targeted leadership interventions. You will align with EPF’s strategic talent goals and future leadership pipeline, coordinating across MDP, PAVE and related programmes.

You will build governance, supervise budgets, monitor outcomes and collaborate with top universities and providers to deliver high-impact development across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in HR-related talent development or leadership development.
• Experience managing end-to-end lifecycle of leadership programmes.
• Knowledge of accreditation, sponsorship governance and provider management.
• Proficient in Malay and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify leadership and functional capability gaps and translate them into targeted development interventions.
• Design and maintain an integrated roadmap for MDP, PAVE and related programmes.
• Act as custodian for programme frameworks, schedules, records and evaluation plans.
• Benchmark programmes and manage relationships with universities and learning providers.
• Oversee governance, budgeting, progress tracking and stakeholder communications.
