TÜV SÜD (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business development for Management System Certification and related services. You will identify, engage, and expand key client accounts, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Role requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel across Malaysia. An industry network is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in certification, training, cybersecurity, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with hunter mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia; existing industry network is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business and achieve sales targets.
• Develop sales for TÜV SÜD's Business Assurance services including Management Systems Certification, Training, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, and more.
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and networking to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with Operations and Technical teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
