Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Specification Specialist to build strong relationships with developers and architects and to develop proprietary specifications for access solutions. You will identify design-stage opportunities and hand them to the sales team to maximise revenue, while maintaining CRM records for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Sales/specification experience in building materials or architectural products.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with developers and architects; act as the design specifications contact for systems.
• Develop and increase project pipelines and business opportunities.
• Identify design-stage projects and hand them to the sales team at the right time to convert revenue.
• Maintain CRM system according to procedures.
• Provide technical solutions and value-engineering proposals for project requirements.
• Promote product range to developers, architects and consultants; conduct presentations and trainings.
• Support sales personnel in client meetings on specification matters.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and market direction.
