Tap Growth ai is seeking a Senior Affiliate Business Development specialist to expand our affiliate network and build strategic partnerships within the digital entertainment industry. This full-time, remote role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can source, approach, and close new partners across Southeast Asia.

You will manage end-to-end affiliate acquisition, analyze partner performance, and explore new traffic sources and collaboration models.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in affiliate marketing or related fields.
• Proven ability to hunt, negotiate, and close partnerships.
• Strong business development and relationship-building mindset.
• Ability to analyze market and partner performance data.
