Job summary

Unlok is building an AI-native investing platform to help everyday investors understand global markets through data, research, and AI. We’re seeking a hands-on BD lead to build and grow our affiliate and partnership network across Southeast Asia, focusing on prediction markets.

You’ll work directly with founders and a small team, taking end-to-end ownership of partner growth in your target markets, testing new approaches and using data to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BD, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or community growth.
• Experience leading external partner networks with measurable results.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and local language.

• Build repeatable onboarding, CRM, and reporting processes, and help develop the BD team as we grow

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in BD, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or community growth, including at least 2 years leading an external partner network with measurable results
• Hands‑on experience recruiting and managing partners, beyond working as an individual affiliate; an existing Southeast Asia network is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and the language of your local target market
• Ability to evaluate commercial performance, manage multiple relationships, and follow through on operational details
