Job summary

ADA is the Data and AI Experience Company with a global footprint across 14 markets. This role focuses on recruiting and managing a high-quality affiliate/creator network across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to drive brand growth and measurable ROI.

You will define criteria, onboard creators, monitor performance analytics, and deliver client-ready reports while maintaining strong relationships with top affiliates. This is a hands-on, data-driven role in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships.
• Proven ability to recruit/manage affiliate/creator networks with measurable outcomes.
• Strong Excel skills for building performance reports.
• Excellent written communication, client-ready reporting.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a high-quality affiliate/creator pipeline across platforms.
• Set and hit monthly recruitment targets by category/brand.
• Develop engagement and onboarding sessions for affiliates/creators.
• Manage affiliate communities and maintain relationships with Top 100 affiliates.
• Drive content output across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to meet client goals.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Provide client-ready reporting and dashboards.
