Job summary

Marketing Solutions seeks a Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our affiliate program and publisher network. You will recruit high-potential partners, negotiate commissions, and scale GMV across major events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing affiliate programs and partner networks.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to recruit high-potential partners.
• Proficiency in Excel and tracking analytics to measure performance.

Responsibilities

• Scale Partner Networks: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates, influencers, content creators, and publisher platforms aligned with brand goals.
• Manage Structure & Budgets: Configure affiliate SKUs, customized tracking links, and tiered commission structures while managing allocated brand budgets.
• Drive Peak Campaign Activations: Partner with creative teams to equip affiliates with high-converting assets for mega-sale events and live-stream pushes.
• Optimize Partner ROI: Monitor daily channel performance (GMV, conversion rates, ROI) to diagnose underperforming partnerships and scale top performers.
• Streamline Operations: Oversee tracking integrity, fraud prevention, commission payouts, and link attribution across all partner campaigns.
