RAPSYS Technologies PTE LTD is hiring a Senior Affiliate Business Development specialist to expand our affiliate network and build strategic partnerships within the digital entertainment industry. The role is fully remote and requires English and Mandarin proficiency.

You will identify affiliate partners, source opportunities, and manage negotiations through activation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in affiliate marketing, content marketing, or digital sales and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, content marketing, KOL agencies, business development, or digital sales.

Responsabilités

• Identify, approach, and acquire new affiliate partners, including KOL agencies, content creators, social media influencers, and online communities.
• Proactively source new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and partnership development.
• Manage the end-to-end affiliate acquisition process, from initial contact and negotiation to partner activation and performance evaluation.
• Analyze market trends, affiliate performance, and partner data to identify growth opportunities.
• Explore new traffic sources, partnership models, and acquisition strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• : At least 3 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, content marketing, KOL agencies, business development, or digital sales.
• : Proven ability to hunt, negotiate, and close new partnerships.
• : Strong business development and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• : Ability to analyze market and partner performance data to support business decisions.
