Job summary

Dikshatek Malaysia is seeking a Senior Affiliate Business Development specialist to hunt and close partnerships with KOL agencies, content creators and online communities, growing our affiliate network in the digital entertainment space.

You will own end-to-end affiliate acquisition, test new channels and deal structures, and analyze data to inform decisions. This fully remote role offers ownership, impact, and opportunities to grow into leadership as the affiliate function expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in affiliate marketing, content marketing, KOL agency, business development or digital sales.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing new partnerships as a hunter.
• Ability to analyse partner and market data to support business decisions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new affiliate partners across social media, content creators, communities and other emerging traffic sources.
• Research and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, outreach and partner acquisition.
• Build and manage the affiliate acquisition pipeline, from initial outreach through to activation and performance assessment.
• Analyse affiliate and market data to identify high-potential opportunities and support acquisition decisions.

Must Have

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, content marketing, a KOL agency, business development or digital sales.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing new partnerships as a hunter, not only managing existing accounts.
• Able to analyse partner and market data to support business decisions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• An existing network of KOL agencies, creators or affiliate partners in Southeast Asia.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and traffic quality or fraud checks.
