Job summary

TXMR NEXTECH SDN BHD is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented accounting professional to manage the full spectrum of accounting and admin functions with minimal supervision in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

You will handle transactions, maintain accurate records, SST and e-Invoice matters, and prepare management and shareholder reports for directors. Collaboration with finance and admin teams is essential to ensure compliance and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in full set accounts and management accounting.
• Experience with audit, bank reconciliation, SST and e-Invoice.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle: ledgers, petty cash, payroll records, assets, inventory, costing, and cash flow.
• Prepare audit files and management accounts.
• Prepare quotations, sales invoices, customer collections, and vendor registration.
• Handle accounts payable, payment inquiries, and payment planning.
• Prepare shareholder reports and CoSec matters.
• Maintain proper filing and records.
• Handle SST and e-Invoice matters.
• Produce accounting and management reports for Directors/Shareholders.
