Nexpipo is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team in Malaysia. You will manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL, and maintain accurate financial records.

You will prepare monthly financial reports, support month-end closing, perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow, and assist with audits and tax matters. Work closely with other departments, maintain proper filing for audit references, and participate in budgeting, forecasting

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Practical experience in AP, AR and GL is preferred.
• Candidates with experience managing a full set of accounts will have an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting or other accounting software will be an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR and GL, and maintain financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and other financial statements.
• Support month-end, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and banking transactions.
• Review accounting records and investigate discrepancies or irregularities.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts and financial analysis as required.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audit purposes and coordinate with external auditors.
• Assist with tax-related matters and ensure statutory requirements are followed.
• Review and process staff and company-related claims; maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Work with other departments on finance and accounting-related matters.
