Job summary

AG Staffing in Klang, Malaysia is seeking an Account Executive (Full Set) to manage day-to-day accounting tasks including ledger, journal postings, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian accounting standards.

This role supports monthly closings, SST and corporate tax filings, and audit readiness, maintaining accurate records and documentation while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• ACCA/CPA is an added advantage.
• 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Familiarity with Malaysian SST and corporate tax.
• Experience with full set of accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP and AR.
• Prepare and post journal entries with proper documentation.
• Maintain accounting records with valid supporting docs.
• Manage end-to-end E-invoicing and payments.
• Assist monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Support SST and corporate tax filings.
• Organise vouchers and audit documentation.
